Typically my clients feel like they need the most support with one of these areas, so that becomes our primary focus for our time and your brain feels clear about what you’re investing in. However, during your intake questionnaire and session, we’ll look holistically at the full picture and may touch all four pillars, but we’ll anchor our work so you don’t feel scattered and walk away feeling accomplished.
