SPEAKING
The work you do matters.
So does the woman doing it.
I speak to women entrepreneurs and service-based business owners tired of making stress look good.
Through keynotes, workshops & interviews, I combine honest storytelling, deep identity work, and practical strategy to help your audience stop overriding their bodies and start redesigning businesses that feel good.

Let's talk business
(and what it's actually costing you)
I’m Danielle
A serial entrepreneur, certified coach, and business mentor who has built and run businesses in four different industries over the last 13+ years. I've done the hard pivots, the rebrands, the quiet burnouts, and the 2x4 wake-up calls. And I've done it all while figuring out how to stay grounded, rested, and genuinely alive in the process.
I speak to women who look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, off, or quietly burning out on the inside. Whether I'm on a stage, hosting a workshop, or joining you on a podcast, my goal is to help your audience deeply feel themselves in the conversation and walk away with real, actionable next steps.
I don’t do surface-level. This isn’t your typical “stress management” tips. My real, raw stories, root-cause frameworks, and tools that I’ve actually used in my own life and businesses.

Signature Keynote
The Hidden Cost of High-Functioning Entrepreneurship
On the outside, business looks successful. On the inside, you’re wired‑but‑tired and quietly burning out.
I share the raw story of my “2x4 to the face” wake‑up call and reveal the deeper beliefs that keep high-achieving women overworking, overriding their bodies, and building businesses that no longer fit who they’re becoming.
-
Your audience will walk away able to name the real root of their stress, see exactly where their business is draining their health, and identify one belief shift, one business shift, and one boundary they can implement in the next 30 days.
Signature Workshop #1
Redesign: A Workshop for High-Functioning Women to Redesign How They Work
This intimate, conversation‑based workshop gives high‑functioning women a safe space to finally say “I’m not okay” and do something about it.
Together, we identify the deeper belief driving their stress, explore the identity that keeps them constantly “on,” and redesign how they work, offers, schedule, and boundaries included.
-
Participants leave with a clear statement of their root stress pattern, one concrete shift in their business, one new boundary, and language ready to use in real‑world conversations.
Signature Workshop #2
Systems That Scale: Choosing the Right Tools for Your Service-Based Business
Service-based businesses don’t need more tech; they need the right tech, condensed, that fits their capacity and client journey.
In this workshop, we talk through the systems you need, how to choose like a strategic CEO, and how to design your client experience to set you apart. Systms that actually support growth instead of adding to the chaos.
-
Participants leave feeling less overwhelmed and more clear about the systems that will support their business and how to design a unique, consistent client experience that drives sales without taking more of your time.
